A friend in Boise mentioned viewing it from the top of Pierce Park Road. We couldn’t see it here in Emmett until it was slap dark. After 11:00 p.m.

This handsome fella, usually found up in our front maple, was taking it easy in the 92 degree heat on our road. I got too close and he flew back up to his roosting spot, where he’s still calling. Hope the pic shows up correctly.
