Not a Golden Eagle … Red-tailed Hawk notice field ID marks belly band, dark pataglia on wings, beak shape different, no golden nape evident, not feathered all the way down the leg etc.

Currently watching a Brant at east end of lower dam. It’s with a small group of Canada Geese. Was seen earlier today and flew away but just reappeared. Cheryl Huizinga
The Brant has moved out of sight towards the north east. Lots of geese roost near the dam at night so it might be back later today or tomorrow morning.
