Woodpecker continues at Kathryn Albertson. Seen at ~10 am on a power pole across the canal on the north side of the park.

A friend alerted me today that the Red-headed Woodpecker has been seen at Kathryn Albertson Park over the past few days hanging out with some Flickers.

1st pass 4 ruddies.far end cluster of 8 wood ducks sitting on large branch in water. check outlet canal water shut down hundreds gulls a few gr.egrets checked lower dam again large raft of ruddies 75+ Never seen more than few at a time must be migrating thru they were far off dam

In case someone is still hoping to see it (like we were because today was out 1st available day), it is still in the same tree this morning with yellow-rumps!

Using a .magnifying glass for a closer look it looks like a yellow rump glad I could make my own I D. I need eyes examined

The Yellow throated warbler is still present at Swan Falls. It was seen around 10am and was still seen at 1145.
