Thanks Peter. At first, I thought they were all AMGO, until I looked at the upper right bird. Which made me wonder… Hoping to get a better look at them.

Those look like nonbreeding plumage American Goldfinch. Some of the redpoll flocks that I’ve seen have had them (and siskins, etc.) mixed in too.
Found a group of 30 or so of these late yesterday, near dusk, in Montour. The light was fading fast and this shot was the only one I could get before they took off. Some appeared either faintly or near unstreaked. Any thoughts?
