Most state birding listservs I’ve been on DO allow this, i.e., listing of
scopes, tripods, bins, birding books for sale, why not?

I don’t know that this has ever been talked about. I do know things have
popped up on the list on occasion, scopes & binoculars and such. I
personally don’t really mind an occasional post, but what counts as
occasional?

What are your thoughts?
