I’m passing through the area and stopped by Fort Boise WMA. In the last 45
minutes I have observed 1 singing male Blue Grosbeak and 2 male Indigo
Buntings (one singing male and one male foraging nearby). These were all
~100 meters or less from the big dip in the road.
It’s hot and the birds shortly stopped singing, I got here in the nick of
time.
