We have been walking the neighborhood for the past hour, stopping at 2:30 PM. No Pine Grosbeak, we did however encounter the Blue Jay, which was cool!

I walked around the Highlands neighborhood this morning looking for any Pine Grosbeak, no luck on that but did find a very vocal and active Blue Jay flying around, many good views and heard it from blocks away!

Thanks for the heads up, Danette. I found about 12 Pine Grosbeak at Boise Peak this morning and followed them for a while until they flew into private property. They held still for a few photos.
