Sent picture of bird from south end lower dam to Cornell they verified horn
grebe

This a.m.murphy’s neck hooded mergansers. Lower dam several eared grebes a
few red breasted mergansers outlet canal 3 sanderlings 11 least sandpiper
lions pond 1 black crown night Heron

Saturday (11/2) afternoon, saw the female Surf Scoters and one Black Scoter
by the boat ramp at the west end of the dam. Most other birds were out
pretty far–hard to identify.

Another E.Idaho Blue Jay Sunday morning 11/3/19.
Was seen with a Steller’s Jay.
Neighbor saw two Blue Jays together.
