The head and neck shape looks like a Mallard, non breeding male has an olive green bill, Can see the white border on the wing and the white tail. Plus the American black duck would be way out of range.

Non breeding Mallard … notice the white on the tail that you would not see on an American Black Duck … of course it would be well out of it’s normal range also.
