Spotted 5 Yellow Rumped Warblers at American Falls Fish Hatchery on Sunday, and heard a Chipping Sparrow yesterday for the first time in Pocatello. Heading out early tomorrow to witness Sage Grouse doing their thing in Curlew Grasslands.

First hummingbird of the year for me this AM! A Black-chinned male. Maybe spring really is near.

Being seen just outside of Burns for past 3 days. Read OBOL or ask me for details if that is easier for you. The area is full of ducks, shorebirds, Ibis, white geese etc, so plenty of birding to go with a stakeout bird. Judy, jmeredit@…
