Green-tailed Towhee

All day today I’ve had a green-tailed Towhee scratching up my back yard.  They are a rare visitor to my yard; I’ve seen them only a couple times before over a period of years.  Also have a few White-crowned Sparrows hanging around, and also today, a House Wren made an appearance.

Probably, ranging from New México to Arizona to California to Idaho and finally Oregon. I hope you got to see the one in Idaho. I don’t think it stuck there long. Judy
