Pat – here is yours (https://ibrc.idahobirds.net/rare-bird-reports/52-b-2022-palm-warbler), which is still Pending. The ones accepted were from a previous round (up to about June 2022). I’m guessing yours and a large batch of currently Pending ones will change to 1st Round in the near future.

I did an online rare bird report on a Palm Warbler that I saw near Boise in 2022. I did not see that bird on the list. Is that the type of thing your group is considering?
