Red-shouldered hawk at Fort Boise WMA

James Jarrett spotted a red-shouldered hawk in association with the northwest pond as seen from the obs tower. Linda Wentz, Denise Hughes, and I refound the bird when it flew up on the wires between the two north ponds. A kingfisher harrassed it and it flew to the top of a post with a wood duck box attached. This is an immature bird likely of the California subspecies.
