Thanks for letting us see some photos! I especially like the very visible rufous legs of the Ferruginous Hawk. I always appreciate raptor photos of all species. The Mountain Chickadee is great to peek at also.

This is my first post on this group, but thank you for the congratulations about the GEAS bird challenge.
The photo category was based on most species photographed, not quality of the shots. Many of the pictures I took were enough to capture a species identification, but they were not necessarily worthy of National Geographic. However, I did manage to get a few good photos during this month. Hope you enjoy a few of them:

I met a few birders at Borah Park as they were looking for the Golden-crowned Sparrow so I feel invested in the challenge even though I didn’t participate. Who were the top 10? …and congrats to the winners. Lots of effort by many. Wonderful contest.
