I was surprised to see a Northern Mockingbird at Celebration Park on the Snake River near Melba, Idaho on Jan 1, 2018. It was hanging out in the Russian olive trees on the river bank just upstream from the Guffey bridge.
I’ve attached a photo.

Hi Robert,The birds you saw today at Wilson’s are all domestic breeds. The duck looks like a Black Swedish. I’m thinking the goose is a Super African or a Super African hybrid due to the pink bill. Wilson’s has two other goose breeds that are white and one other Super African. There are also a few other domestic duck breeds too.
Hope this answers your question.Kristin A.

There is currently a golden-crowned sparrow at the Auger Falls basin
parking lot in Snake a river Canyon. This is the furthest parking area into
the area at the end of auger Falls rd. I found the bird last night and it’s
super easy to find this morning. Right along the road by the parking lot.
Good birding,
