Saturday 4/17, I saw a Broad-tailed hummingbird in the Moonlight Mine area east of Pocatello, a week or so earlier than normal it seems.

No one knows what the schedule is. I imagine it depends on the exact nature of each landowner’s water right and how much the water master says they can have and when. —
